I did something to my neck that caused a lot of discomfort and nausea. I spoke with Carly at Theralleve, she said she was confident she could help me out, that same day. She did massage and RAPID for me, showed me after care stretches and I feel amazing. Almost back to myself. Carly really cares about her clients and educating them on how the muscles and fascia are connected and work within our bodies.

My first visit to Theralleve, however, with Carly’s excellent work up, she quickly identified the best treatment! The 90 minutes included a deep tissue massage finalized by Rapid NFR. I was very impressed with all, especially the later bc of my 10 month golf circuit. Rapid NFR will assist muscles that have lost or minimized range of motion particularly important in conditioning for my sport! (Sure to lower your index and maximize your game) I recommend this facility designed to relax every tension from your body and a therapist that surpassed any of my expectations! I have tried many massage therapists and none come close to the experience here. Carly is a truly wonderful massage therapist and asks pertinent questions to ensure you get the most appropriate care. I have multiple chronic conditions that require a lot of managing, and she has expertly navigated these issues to minimise flare ups. I have always left feeling refreshed, but also relaxed, as the space itself is incredibly inviting and comforting. Carly is AMAZING! Came all the way from Airdrie for this massage and was NOT disappointed. Super easy online booking – the new space is clean, modern, comfortable and relaxing. So generous with her time and expertise. I went for the first time for a massage since COVID and they have super simple health questionnaires, easy day of evaluation and followed restrictions all while keeping an atmosphere of welcoming calm. I tweaked my shoulder a couple of weeks ago at the gym and came to see Carly for a RAPID treatment. She did an assessment and was able to reduce the discomfort right away, I highly recommend her treatments. She is very passionate about what she does and this is coming from another RMT as well. I have been in Calgary for work the past 2 1/2 months – I am so grateful to have found Carly and have a session (or 2!) each weekend. Body crinks & stresses vanished. Carly is such a lovely person and amazing masseuse. She has also treated my TMJ & shoulder issues with Rapid technique and wondrously I feel such freedom and magically shoulder pain is gone!

Surprise! I’ve been to many other massage therapists, and Carly is the best I’ve ever been.

Until now, the massage felt just a massage. Check where you feel stiff and little chit-chat and start.
But with Carly, it actually feels like massage “Therapy”.

She took time to fully understand my condition, and I could tell she really cares about her patients.
Her Rapid NFR massage was awesome it felt like active interaction massage.
Almost felt like a half physio half massage.
